Submittal Check-in notes from Jason Holland, 9-2-2015:
1. In order to expedite your review, please review the applicable detailed submittal check-sheets and
Development Review Guide at: http://www.fcgov.com/developmentreview/applications.php
and: http://www.fcgov.com/drg/introduction.php
2. In addition to paper copies, a digital copy of materials is required with the initial application and
resubmittals at the time of check in. This can be submitted via CD or flash drive.
3. Please bring a copy of this check sheet, all submittal materials and the attached project routing sheet at
the time of check-in.
4. Prior to submittal, schedule a submittal appointment with Development Review staff at the following
number: 970-221-6750.
5. Refer to Routing Sheet for specific document quantities.
X= Items waived; D= Deferred until after hearing; SN= copy still needed from Initial Submittal;
REQ=Documents needed per staff comments; N/A not applicable; or (R)eceived.

The following information is required to be submitted, unless waived, with all applications. Any item
waived must be dated and initialed by a planner with the City of Fort Collins Community Development
and Neighborhood Services Department.

Utility plans (existing and proposed utility systems) (24” x 36” – unfolded). REQ
Drainage and erosion control report (if applicable) REQ
Soils Report (if applicable) (2 copies). X
Hazardous Materials Impact Analysis (2 copies). X
Street cross sections schematics (if applicable) (if not included in the utility plans) (2 copies 24” x 36” –folded). X
Other information that the Director may require:
– Natural area or environmental study X
– Subsurface Hydrologic Study (4 copies) X
Copy of applicable conceptual letter and explanation of how issues have been addressed (if applicable). REQ
Legal description of the site (one copy on 8½ x 11 paper). REQ
Development phasing schedule (if applicable). REQ (covered in standard notes)
Explanation of any variance request(s).
Signed letters of intent indicating that all required off-site easements and off-site rights-of-way can be negotiated. (if
applicable)
An electronic copy of all submitted materials (above) on a disk or other digital storage device (1 copy). REQ
