Specific information about this development proposal is to the right and on the back of this letter. You received this notice because records from the Larimer County Assessor’s Office indicate you own property near the proposed development site. Because of the lag time in recordkeeping, or because of rental situations, some neighbors may be missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbors of the neighborhood meeting so they can attend. We also want to make sure you’re aware of other long-range planning projects going on around the City in 2015 and 2016. The ODP will describe allowable uses for the site as well as potential transportation connections to adjoining properties, conceptual drainage and utilities, natural features and buffers  The medical clinic portion of the project is subject to an administrative Basic Development Review MODIFICATIONS REQUESTED  A modification will be required to allow the existing building footprint for the clinic to be greater than 10,000 square feet.
