OUTLOTS OUTSIDE OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL AREA (LOT 1) AND LOT 2 ARE RESERVED FOR A FUTURE DRAINAGE CHANNEL AND FUTURE DEVELOPMENT. 4. THIS PROJECT DEVELOPMENT PLAN IS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ECOLOGICAL CHARACTERIZATION STUDY (ECS).
