Attached is our Petition for Annexation submittal pursuant to the requirements of the Larimer
County Special Review conditions of approval. File # 13-Z1920.
The properties located at the addresses above have been brought into zoning and building
compliance consistent with the commercial use zoning for Larimer County. The property being in
full, legal compliance as a commercial use will compliment the City of Fort Collins
Comprehensive and City Structure plan and will be harmonious with the adjacent commercial /
retail uses.
We hereby request that the Council of the City of Fort Collins approve the annexation of the area
described as Tract A and Tract B Fossil Creek Farm M.L.D. and contained herein. Furthermore
we request that said area be placed in the General Commercial Zone district pursuant to the
Land Use Code of the City of Fort Collins.
