galvanized metal lath on stucco paper on Tyvek commercial building
stucco wrap over 7/16" OSB sheathing on 2x6 wall framing at 16" on
center with R-23 loose fill fiberglass insulation. Vapor barrier and 5/8"
gypsum board at interior side. Refer to architectural elevations for
stucco height, color and control joint locations.
EW4 Cement fiber horizontal lap siding (blue-gray) with smooth texture and
6" exposure on Tyvek commercial building wrap over 7/16" OSB
sheathing on 2x6 wall framing at 16" on center with R-23 loose fill
fiberglass insulation. Vapor barrier and 5/8" gypsum board at interior

EW5 Thermally broken anodized aluminum storefront system with double
insulated glazing; mill finish. Refer to window elevations for tempered
and spandrel glass locations and storefront schedule for configurations.
EW6 New Area Well Wall - 10" thick concrete wall with reinforcing per
structural with damproofing at exterior face below grade. Sack finish
exterior of wall above grade. Provide new perimeter drain at base of
wall to tie in with existing perimeter drain.
M1 Tube steel brace, paint. Re. structural.
M2 Decorative safety guardrail, paint.
R2 30 year high profile architectural asphalt shingles (gray/beige) on 30 lbs
asphalt impregnated building paper with full covereage Grace ice and

R5 3/4" thick Fiber Cement fascia over continuous 2x sub-fascia. Flat fascia
at R2 roof system. Built up fascia at R1 roof system where applicable.
R7 Canopy Roof - 30 year high profile architectural asphalt shingles
(gray/beige) on 30 lbs asphalt impregnated building paper with full
covereage Grace ice and water shield secondary underlayment on
15/32" OSB roof deck on framing per structural.
