Christian Brothers Automotive does not store or utilize Class IIIB liquids. Attached is an exhaustive
MSDS exhibit noting all varieties of fluids to be stored within the proposed facility. To make your
review easier, we have highlighted the flashpoints of each product. The highest flashpoint noted is
Ethylene Glycol at 775 degrees Fahrenheit. Per the exhibit and regulations set forth by NFPA 30;
21.4.1.2(4) our building does not require an automatic fire suppression system.
