3. 6-INCH SANITARY SEWER SERVICE SHALL BE PVC (SDR 35) @ 1.0% AS SPECIFIED
BY THE SOUTH FORT COLLINS SANITATION DISTRICT.
4. ALL CLEANOUTS SHALL BE TRAFFIC RATED CLEANOUTS.
5. RCP STORM PIPES SHALL BE CLASS III AND BE INSTALLED AND BEDDED PER CITY OF FORT COLLINS STANDARDS. PLASTIC
STORM DRAIN PIPES AND UNDERDRAINS SHALL BE HDPE SEWER PIPE OR PVC SEWER PIPE AS NOTED. PLASTIC PIPE BEDDING
SHALL BE PER SANITARY SEWER BEDDING DETAIL. ALL STORM SEWER SHALL BE INSPECTED BY THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS.
6. ONSITE IMPROVEMENTS ARE TO BE PRIVATELY OWNED AND MAINTAINED BY THE PROPERTY OWNER.
7. LIMITS OF STREET CUT ARE APPROXIMATE. FINAL LIMITS ARE TO BE DETERMINED BY THE CITY ENGINEERING INSPECTOR.
ALL REPAIRS TO BE DONE IN ACCORDANCE WITH CITY STREET REPAIR STANDARDS.
8. SEE SECTION 3.4.1 OF THE LAND USE CODE FOR ALLOWABLE USES IN THE BUFFER ZONE.
9. ANY DAMAGED CURB, GUTTER AND SIDEWALK EXISTING PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION, AS WELL AS STREETS, SIDEWALKS,
