REPAIRED TO AN EQUIVALENT CONDITION PRIOR TO START OF WORK.
5. PROTECT EXISTING SURFACES BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF CONSTRUCTION LIMITS, DURING
CONSTRUCTION. IF EXISTING GRADES, CONCRETE OR ASPHALT OR OTHER SITE APPURTENANCES ARE
DAMAGED CURING CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REPAIR
EQUIVALENT TO EXISTING CONDITIONS AT NO EXPENSE TO THE OWNER/ CITY.
6. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SETUP OF BARRICADES, WARNING SIGNAGE, OR OTHER PROTECTIVE
DEVICES IN ANY EXCAVATIONS ARE LEFT EXPOSED AFTER CONSTRUCTION HOURS.
7. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOR PROCEED WITH ANY CONSTRUCTION WHEN OBSTRUCTIONS AND/OR
GRADE DIFFERENCES EXIST THAT MAY BE IN CONFLICT WITH THE APPROVED PLAN. CONTRACTOR SHALL
NOTIFY OWNER OR OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE AND THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS IF SITUATION ARISES AND
REVISIONS ARE NECESSARY.
8. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PREVENT SEDIMENT, DEBRIS AND OTHER POLLUTANTS FROM ENTERING ANY
STORMWATER SEWER SYSTEM OR, ADJACENT WATER WAYS, ETC. DURING CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS.
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE AND EXPENSE FOR THE CORRECTION OF ANY ADVERSE
IMPACTS TO THE STORMWATER SEWER SYSTEM, OR ADJACENT WATER WAYS, WETLANDS ETC., RESULTING
FROM WORK DONE ON THIS PROJECT DURING CONSTRUCTION.
9. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE AND AWARE OF ALL EXISTING AND PROPOSED UTILITIES, PIPES,
STRUCTURES, ETC. THROUGHOUT THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT. CALL FOR UTILITY LOCATES THREE
DAYS BEFORE SCHEDULED WORK AT 811 OR 1-800-922-1987.
10. TO THE EXTENT FEASIBLE, COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS SHALL BE ESTABLISHED WITH ADJACENT PROPERTY
OWNERS AND/OR TENANTS THAT CREATES AN INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT WHICH ESTABLISHES CROSS
ACCESS, PARKING, OUTDOOR USE, AND CROSS USE AGREEMENTS BETWEEN ALL PARTIES INCLUDED WITHIN
THIS DEVELOPMENT.
11. ALL ROOFTOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT WILL BE FULLY SCREENED FROM PUBLIC VIEW.
12. THE TRASH AND RECYCLING ENCLOSURES FOR THE MICROBREWERY SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED ON A
