01/06/2015: There had been preliminary discussion about formalizing several parking spaces on the
site plan for employees and customers, rather than designating all of the asphalted area as pick-up
and drop-off zones. If formal parking spaces are desired, please show the parking stalls on the site
plan, noting the following requirements:
Standard parking space dimensions apply.
The parking spaces should be placed along the eastern property line setback where the alternative
compliance and modification of standard request were approved.
No parking spaces should be located between Hickory Street and the front of the new building.
Parking maximums apply, limiting total spaces to 2 spaces per each 1,000 square feet.

01/09/2015: No more than 750 sq. ft. of pavement can drain across the public sidewalk/driveway.
Additional survey points are needed interior to the site to see how the existing pavement on site is
draining. If more than 750 sq ft of pavement is draining out of the new drive a sidewalk chase may be
needed to get the water to the gutter.

01/06/2015: The internal parking doesn't seem to be delineated except for the handicapped space.
Not a pressing issue, but may be helpful to customers to have some areas that are designated for
customer parking.
