Subject: Easement Vacation - Rigden Farm Filing Six Tract Z (PDP140009)
To whom it may concern,
Due to the approval of Rigden Farm Tract Z Project Development Plan (PDP #140009) an existing access easement for a
future trail across Tract Z will be required to be vacated due the layout of the development. A new access easement
will be dedicated to follow the new trail alignment. See attached Exhibit A and B.
