Given this no Utility Plans are included. 2.6 Requirements for utility plans checklist Waiting on Comments from Utilities 2.7 Drainage and erosion control report The only partially-permiable surface is anticipated to be the service/access road. The road is designed to be at grade and will have minimal impact on drainage and erosion control.
