will not affect drainage at the site. Given this no

Drainage and erosion control

The only partially-permiable surface is anticipated
to be the service/access road. The road is
designed to be at grade and will have minimal
impact on drainage and erosion control. We
anticipate submitting a more comprehensive
drainage and erosion control report once the final
