• Major Amendment to previously-approved Overlook Fifth
Filing PUD (aka Overlook/Seneca Center)
• Replace 7-unit mixed-use building with 8 single-family
attached (‘townhome’) units.
• Replat of Lot 2, creating a total of 10 lots to accommodate
the single family attached units and common space.
• Shared parking and access to remain for the entire Seneca
Center development.
• Extension of sidewalks along Fromme Prairie Way and
connecting into the Overlook/Seneca Center.
