I’ve compared the likely trip generation for your revised use (climbing gym) with the approved use for those lots in Timberline Center (retail/office/restaurant). The trip generation is either similar or lower than what was approved – so in this case I believe we can waive the requirement for the TIS. Sounds like this is the same general conclusion reached last fall. I agree with that conclusion. Let me know if you need anything further. Martina Martina Wilkinson, P.E.
