RE: PDP140003 Avondale Cottages PDP — Type 1
First Submittal
Dear Mr. Mapes,
The Fort Collins — Loveland Water District and the South Fort Collins Sanitation District have reviewed
the above mentioned and submit the following comments.
The water and sanitary sewer lines are to be re -configured to minimize fitting and crossings.
The water service, sanitary sewer services and the meter pits need to be shown. The meter pits
are to be located one foot inside the ROW in a non -traffic, non -pedestrian area.
The District will require another review due to the nature of the above comments. Please do not hesitate
