Know all men by these presents, that the undersigned, being owners of the following described land:
A parcel of land situate in the NE1/4 of Section 2, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., City of Fort Collins,
County of Larimer, State of Colorado, according to an official plat of said land filed in the District Land Office, said parcel
being bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the E1/4 corner of said Section 2; thence along the East-West centerline of said section, West 590.0 feet
to the Southwesterly corner of that certain parcel of land deeded to Union Pacific Railroad Company to Earl R Wilkinson,
et al, by Warranty Deed dated March 22, 1960, U.P. RR Co. L.S.D.A. 2926; thence along the Westerly line of said deeded
parcel North 328.5 feet to the Northwest corner of said deeded parcel, said point being on the Westerly prolongation of
the Northerly line of that certain parcel of land deeded by John F. Douglas to the Union Pacific Railroad Company by
