A copy of the City letter certifying/authorizing the affordable housing must be provided with the application. These fees do not include the cost of filing fees for the recording of the Development Agreement. When a Development Agreement or Amendment Agreement is entered into the Developer shall be responsible for the cost of recording the document. Said filing fees shall be calculated and provided when the signed document is returned to the City for signatures and filing. TYPE FEE UNIT Overall Development Plan (ODP) $500 each Project Development Plan (PDP)1 Detached Single-family $160 per unit Multi-family and/or all other residential units $115 per unit Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Non-residential 2 $.25 per square foot of building All PDPs $250 per acre of total site All PDPs $2,000 each Final Development Plan 3 $1,000 each Annexation $250 + $20 per acre Minor Amendment $250 each Major Amendment $2,500 each Re-Zone $200 each Modification to the Land Use Code $200 each Wireless Telecommunication Equipment (WTE) $65 each Road Projects $250 per acre of roadway Vacations of Easements 4 $400 each Dedications of Easements and/or Rights-of-Way 4 $250 each Vacations of Rights-of-Way 4 $800 each 1. Shall include basic development review projects requiring a transportation review and/or utility plan review. For any project where the PDP fee would exceed $30,000, the PDP fee shall be adjusted with the following formula: [Adjusted PDP Fee Amount = $30,000 + ½ of the PDP fee amount above $30,000]. The maximum PDP fee for any residential only project shall be $500 per residential unit, within the property boundary. This does not apply to mixed-use developments. For three reviews, $500 for each re-review. 2. When a development project involves a change of use for a building, the charge per square foot shall apply to the portion of the overall building size for which the change of use is proposed, provided that the new use generates more traffic than the existing use, as determined by the current Institute of Transportation Engineers Trip Generation. If the new use does not generate more traffic than the existing use then the charge per square foot for shall apply only to the net additional building size (if any). 3. For two reviews, $500 for each re-review. 4. This fee does not include the cost of filing fees.
