The project is an existing vehicle sales dealership (Parcel #s 97354-45-001 & 97354-31-001). The expansion would include a new addition to the existing building for added service & sales space. The existing mini-storage facility to the west of the showroom would be replaced with a new parking garage and surface lot. The site is located in the General Commercial (C-G) Zone District and the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Overlay Zone. Vehicles sales with outdoor storage and parking garages are subject to Planning & Zoning Board (Type 2) review in the C-G Zone District. Since this project is a straightforward expansion of existing conditions to increase the overall quantity of service bays and sales, there are no new hazardous materials being introduced outside of typical automotive sales and service items including batteries, filters, oil and cleaning solvents. There is no bodywork or automotive painting done at this facility, and the cleaning solvents are all pre-packaged containers within the flammable limits of typical cleaning solvents. Thank you for your time, and please feel free to call if you have any questions. Sincerely, Mark Bowers Principal, Architectural Workshop
