The text of the comment is provided: Topic: Traffic Impact Study Comment Number: 2 Comment Originated: 01/10/2014 01/10/2014: Need to have the TIS look at the Precision and Lady Moon intersection long range to determine the possible of need of a future Sb right turn lane that may need to be taken into consideration on for this site. The BOB TIS, as scoped, was a memorandum level TIS which only provides analyses for the short range future (2018). The "Banner Health Medical Campus Transportation Impact Study" (BHMC TIS) dated May 2013 is the most recent TIS that included long range peak hour traffic forecasts at the Lady Moon/Precision intersection. The Appendix contains, Figure 12 from the BHMC TIS showing the long range (2035) peak hour traffic at the subject initersection, (as noted). Using Figure 8-4 from the Larimer County Urban Area Street Standards (LCUASS)[also provided in the Appendix], a southbound right -turn lane will not be required at the, Lady Moon/Precision intersection.
