There was a request to provide Synchro analyses using the HCM2000 methods at the Harmony/Lady Moon intersection for the short range (2018) background and total analysis futures. Figures 7 and 9, short range (2018) background and total peak hour traffic, are provided in Appendix A. Tables 1 and 2 respectively show the short range (2018) background and total peak hour traffic operation from the cited TIS (Using HCM2010). Tables 3 and 4 respectively show the short range (2018) background and total peak hour traffic operation using the HCM2000. Calculation forms are provided in Appendix B. The Harmony/Lady Moon intersection will operate acceptably during the peak hours in both the short range (2018) background and total futures.
