WATER PROFILE NOTES:
1. ALL WATERLINE CONSTRUCTION SHALL CONFORM TO THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS WATER, WASTEWATER, AND
STORMWATER DEVELOPMENT CONSTRUCTION
STANDARDS AND DETAILS.
2. ALL WATERLINE TO BE CONSTRUCTED A MINIMUM OF 4.5'
AND A MAXIMUM OF 5.5' (5' TYPICAL) BELOW FINISHED
GRADE UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
3. ALL WATERLINE SERVICES TO BE 3/4" UNLESS NOTED
OTHERWISE.
4. PROVIDE 10' HORIZONTAL CLEARANCE BETWEEN WATER
AND SEWER MAINS.
5. ALL GATE VALVES SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH BOXES.

SEPARATION SHALL BE LOWERED TO A MINIMUM 18"

LOCATIONS HAVE NOT BEEN POTHOLE LOCATED AND ARE
NOT KNOWN. CONTRACTOR TO POTHOLE AND DETERMINE
EXACT LOCATIONS AND OBTAIN REVIEW AND APPROVAL
