WITHIN THIS PROTECTION ZONE THERE SHALL BE NO MOVEMENT OF EQUIPMENT OR STORAGE OF EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS, DEBRIS, FILL OR CUT UNLESS APPROVED BY THE CITY FORESTER. 6.
