RE: Lagrange at Rigden Farm Replat – Soils Report
To Whom It May Concern,
It has been determined that a soils report may not applicable for the Lagrange at Rigden Farm PDP Submittal
because no public roads are proposed for this PDP submittal. In additional, the most current soils report was
not provided by the original land developer and since then the report has been found. Lastly, at the time of
construction a soils report will be provided for the construction of the building foundations and adjacent flatwork.
