The narrative should also address the concerns raised at the neighborhood meeting, including the traffic issues. Finally, the narrative should include a development schedule. Information updated as requested. Comment Number: 2 Comment Originated: 01/23/2013 01/23/2013: Prior to Hearing: The lighting for the proposed project is consistent with the existing lighting fixtures. Fixture updated, per discussion with city. LED fixture that matches character of existing fixtures has been selected. Updated photometrics that comply with LEED standards has been shown. In addition, please remove the detail that does not illustrate a fully shielded light fixture. Detail has been removed. Updated detail of new light fixture shown. The LUC does not require any vehicle parking for this use. It is unclear how the allowable parking was totaled it seems these calculations may be incorrect. Office is 3 spaces/1000 sq ft Maintenance Building is .75 spaces per employee The plans indicate that 2 vehicle parking spaces are being removed where is that? The General Use Data table is not including the parking spaces surrounding the existing maintenance building. These spaces should be included unless this area meets the definition of the outdoor storage area. Parking issues have been clarified. If these things can can not be with in the Access Alignment the plans will need to be revised. At the review meeting it was determined that this was not an issue.
