LANDSCAPE TREATMENTS SHALL BE INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED BY THE OWNER. 2. THE LOCATION OF PLANT MATERIALS ARE SHOWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS SITE DEVELOPMENT PERFORMANCE STANDARDS AND GUIDELINES.
