Aspen Heights Transportation Impact Study — Final Compliance

This memorandum provides a final compliance statement that the Aspen Heights
site layout and access locations have not changed since the TIS dated November 2011
was completed and accepted by the City of Fort Collins. The number of beds has been
reduced to 712 from the 716 used in the TIS. Therefore, the trip generation will be slightly
less. No further transportation analyses are required.
