Dear Resident/Property Owner:
On Monday, March 25, 2013, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., in the community room at
the Council Tree Library, 2733 Council Tree Avenue, Fort Collins Colorado, the
City of Fort Collins Current Planning Department will conduct a neighborhood
information meeting to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood.
The project is referred to as Avago Technologies, Building Four, Major
Amendment.
As proposed, Avago Technologies seeks to expand Building Four which is the
most northwesterly building on their campus located at 4380 Ziegler Road. The
proposed addition would contain 235,000 square feet and be three stories in
height. The addition would be placed on the west side of the existing building.
The addition would house fabrication space for wafer manufacturing, clean room
operations and testing and other support functions.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official
records of the Larimer County Assessor and there may be a lag time between
occupancy and record keeping and rental situations causing some households to
be missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbors concerning this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
