THE PROPOSED CURB AND GUTTER ALONG THE WEST
SIDE OF TIMBERLINE ROAD, THEN WEST ALONG ROSEN
DRIVE AND INTO THE PROPOSED 5' TYPE R INLET
WITHIN THE CROWNE PROPERTY. FUTURE
DEVELOPMENT OF THE HANSEN PROPERTY WILL
