01/23/2013: Prior to Hearing: The lighting for the proposed project is consistent with the
existing lighting fixtures. However, to comply with the standard, a back-sided shield should be
applied to the pole-mounted lighting fixtures so no light is spilled over into the buffer zone. A
revised detail sheet, including the pole size and material, as well as lighting information that
shows no spillover occurs in the buffer zone shall be provided to hearing.
In addition, please remove the detail that does not illustrate a fully shielded light fixture.

would need to arrange for hauling and notify Forestry ahead of time for loading.
Forestry mulch is provided for all City projects at no cost.

01/17/2013: On sheet LS101 In the General Land Use Data Change "Required Parking" to
"Allowable Parking". The LUC does not require any vehicle parking for this use.
It is unclear how the allowable parking was totaled it seems these calculations may be
incorrect.
Office is 3 spaces/1000 sq ft
Maintenance Building is .75 spaces per employee
The plans indicate that 2 vehicle parking spaces are being removed where is that?
The General Use Data table is not including the parking spaces surrounding the existing
maintenance building. These spaces should be included unless this area meets the definition
of the outdoor storage area.

project boundary) and new vehicle parking areas can be located within the 30ft Access
Alignment. If these things can can not be with in the Access Alignment the plans will need to
be revised.
