The LUC does not require any vehicle parking for this use. It is unclear how the allowable parking was totaled it seems these calculations may be incorrect. Office is 3 spaces/1000 sq ft Maintenance Building is .75 spaces per employee The plans indicate that 2 vehicle parking spaces are being removed where is that? The General Use Data table is not including the parking spaces surrounding the existing maintenance building. These spaces should be included unless this area meets the definition of the outdoor storage area.
