8. TRASH ENCLOSURES SHALL BE MOUNTED ON CONCRETE AND CONSTRUCTED OF MATERIAL
SIMILAR IN TYPE AND COLOR TO THE PROPOSED BUILDINGS. REFER TO ARCHITECTURAL
PLANS FOR DETAILS.
9. BIKE RACKS SHALL BE PAINTED METAL PERMANENTLY ANCHORED TO CONCRETE PADS.
10. ALL SIGNS UTILIZED SHALL COMPLY WITH THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS SIGN CODE.
11. THE GATE OR BOLLARDS INDICATED SHALL SERVE THE PURPOSE OF A TRAFFIC CONTROL
DEVICE TO MITIGATE UNDESIRABLE CUT-THRU TRAFFIC FROM SUMMER STREET, THROUGHT
THE DEVELOPMENT, TO WEST LAKE STREET. THE DEVICE WOULD NORMALLY BE CLOSED BUT
WOULD BE OPEN ON FRIDAYS.
