Please find our responses to the City’s comments on the Transfort Facility Expansion.

[1/4/11] On the Master Street Plan this portion of Trilby is identified as a constricted arterial which requires a total
ROW width of 102 feet (51 foot half ROW). Currently, it appears as if the half ROW is only 50 feet. Please dedicate
the required additional 1 foot of ROW.
RESPONSE: The additional 1’ of ROW has been added to the Plat.
