69 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of
Colorado being more particularly described as follows:
Considering the North line of Lot 1of the Odell Brewing Company First Replat and the
South line of said tract of land as bearing South 89°11'23" West and with all bearings
contained herein relative thereto:
COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of Lot 1 of the Odell Brewing Company First
Replat; thence, North 67° 45' 02" East, 189.97 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence, North 00° 31' 35" East, 28.00 feet; thence, South 89° 28' 25" East, 268.00 feet;
thence, South 00° 31' 35" West, 28.00 feet; thence, North 89° 28' 25" West, 268.00 feet
to the Point of Beginning.
