Response: Revised as requested 09/12/2012: Please coordinate the title on all the drawings to be consistent (One Boardwalk vs. One Boardwalk Place vs. One Boardwalk Place Major Amendment.) Comment Number: 7 Comment Originated: 10/09/2012 10/09/2012: From my perspective, the project is acceptable to move forward with the public hearing for both the major amendment and replat (I'm unable to attend the 10/9 staff meeting due to another meeting). Topic: Plat Comment Number: 6 Comment Originated: 10/09/2012 10/09/2012: Please add a note on the plat as follows: "The Serrano Subdivision Development Agreement, dated November 9th, 2005 between the City and Treadstone Development, LLC, shall apply to the property shown on this replat." Response: Acknowledged. 09/11/2012: Please label the Natural Habitat Buffer Zone on the construction plans and add a note on the construction, site, and landscape plans that says, "Please see Section 3.4.1 of the Land Use Code for allowable uses within the Natural Habitat Buffer Zone." Topic: General Comment Number: 1 Comment Originated: 09/11/2012 10/10/2012: The current seed mix includes mountain brome - please remove this from the seed mix. Western Wheatgrass would be an appropriate substitution. Let me know when a meeting to discuss the remaining plant species would work. Response: The brome has been replaced with Western Wheatgrass. 09/11/2012: Please work with the Environmental Planner on the plant selection in the Natural Habitat Buffer Zone and on the south side of the property; we'll want to emphasize native trees and shrubs in this area. Please also submit the seed mix specifications for review. The first street tree on Boardwalk east of Lemay is also to close to the street light so would not be able to be planted at that location Comment Number: 3 Comment Originated: 09/14/2012 09/14/2012: Street tree species should be from the City of Fort Collins street tree list. Red Sunset Maple is not on the City list. Comment Number: 4 Comment Originated: 09/14/2012 09/14/2012:Species selection: The City Forester does not recommend planting Red Maple or Black Ash.
