As I stated in my March 2001 comments, this development will be responsible for adding sidewalk facilities along the north side of Buckingham along their frontage. They will build sidewalks to Collector standards as the development builds out. See attached aerial for photo of existing sidewalk and its relations to the new walks to be built. (LUC3.6.2 J.5, 3.2.2 C.6) Active 1 Mark Jackson 05/08/2001 2 Improvements to Collector design standards Improvements to north side of Buckingham will be to City’s Collector standard. This includes: bike lanes (6’) parkway (8’) detached sidewalk (5’) Cross sections shown in Dave Ruble’s response to comments memo does not show accurate design standards.
