Modification of Standards
Meldrum Street Townhomes is a proposed project located at 221, 223, 225 and 227 North Meldrum Street. These lots would be consolidated into one
project. This is a request to modify the standard that required that in the rear one-half of the lots, there can be no more than 33% of the land area
covered by a building or a garage. The request is to increase the building coverage to 38%. For the rear one-half of the four consolidated lots, the
standard requires that no more than 3,777 square feet of building coverage be allowed. Under the Request for Modification of Standard, the applicant
is asking for 4,366 square feet of building coverage. This represents an increase of 589 square feet.
