Active 1 Doug Martine 10/08/2001 2 REPEAT REPEAT COMMENT - Still no street trees being shown along Timberline. If there is a reason, please address it so I don't keep making the same comment. Active 1 Jenny Nuckols 10/08/2001 3 On your legend, R is denoted for Ramps - yet it is not being used on the actual site plan. Please revise and note R at ALL HC ramps inc those at entrance/ exits Active 1 Jenny Nuckols 10/08/2001 4 Remove topo lines from final site plan Active 1 Jenny Nuckols 10/08/2001 5 Active 1 Michael Chavez 10/10/2001 6 Lighting: Lighting plan needed. Several lighting issues from site plan: 1. Location of parking lot lights and deciduous trees will conflict. Intermediate and mature heights will result in large, underlit areas of the parking lot. 2. Parking area adjacent to Timberline has no dedicated light source. 3. East property entrance needs pole light. (West entrance will be shielded by Norway Maples.) 4. All building entrance/exits should provide 0.7fc of verticle illumination at an arc of 50' from opening to provide safe and secure access for evening users. Abutments should not reduce the cross-sectional area of the channel. Also, please provide some erosion protection around the abutments, posibly erosion control fabric until grasses mature. Active 1 Wes Lamarque 10/17/2001 25 Erosion/Sediment Control Comments: There are no PS and EFF calculations. There are no standard erosion control notes on the plan. If all three pads are not to be built on (and/or the entire parking lot to be paved in the initial site construction), any areas disturbed will have to be seeded and mulched. If partial site development is to occur and it is the intent to leave the remainder of the site undisturbed, it needs to be so stated in a note on the plan. Surety calculations contain unit costs that are in some cases too high. This costs your client unnecessarily. You show straw bales in the existing swale with a concrete pan. Straw bales don’t work on concrete, please change this BMP to something that will work. Active 1 Wes Lamarque 10/17/2001 26 No Issues- Active 1 Doug Moore 10/19/2001 27 No comment Active 1 Jeff Hill 10/19/2001 28 Street trees will need to shown on the site/landscape plan pursuent to the condition of approval.
