BUILDING (PROSPECT-TEMBERLINE P.U.D., FIRST FILING) AND IS ZONED I-P, PLANNED INDUSTRIAL WITH A P.U.D. CONDITION.
ON APRIL 8, 1996 THE P&Z BOARD VOTED 6-0 TO GRANT PRELIMINARY PUD APPROVAL FOR LAND USE ONLY WITH CONDITIONS
RELATED TO SETBACKS FROM TIMBERLINE ROAD, THE NEED FOR ADDITIONAL EVERGREEN LANDSCAPING ALONG THE
NORTH AND SOUTH PROPERTY LINES, AND A REQUEST FOR BUILDING MATERIALS ON ALL FOUR SIDES OF THEPROPOSED
FACILITY THAT IS COMPATIBLE WITH THE ADJACENT SEVEN LAKES PUD.
