The property has the minimum one-sixth perimeter of contiguous boundary with the annexing municipality by means of the property to the north of the reservoir. Contiguity is not affected by the existence of such reservoir or water body. Located just south of Fossil Creek Reservoir, bordering the north side of Carpenter Road, between S. Timberline Rd and I-25.
