The properties at 1104 and 1108 West Vine Drive contain an office building and storage warehouse. There are two single-family residences and an outbuilding on the property at 723 North Shields. The proposed zoning for this annexation is CL - Limited Commercial District. The properties will be place in the Residential Neighborhhod Sign District.
