Request for City initiated involuntary enclave annexation of 4.84 acres at the northwest corner of North Shields Street and West Vine Drive (1104 and
1108 West Vine Drive and 723 North Shields St.) The property is surrounded by City of Fort Collins boundaries on all sides. The properties at 1104
and 1108 West Vine Drive contain an office building and storage warehouse. There are two single-family residences and an outbuilding on the
property at 723 North Shields. The proposed zoning for this annexation is CL - Limited Commercial District. The properties will be place in the
Residential Neighborhhod Sign District.
