But I just wanted to clarify that IF you are trying to dedicate additional ROW or utility easements, they need to be done by separate document as they cannot be done with an Annexation and Zoning request. Those ROW and easement dedications do NOT need to be submitted with this A&Z request, however. Please call me if you have any questions.
