2 zoning [2/3/09] A drainage easement exists where the building is desired to be
placed. A structure can not be placed within an easement. In order for the
building to be placed as shown the area underneath the building will need to
be vacated.
I would suggest checking with stormwater to determine if a portion of the
easement can be vacated before submitting a request to do so. Engineering
charges a $400 processing fee for vacating an easement. The applicant is
responsible for providing a legal description (which is required to be prepared
by a licensed surveyor) and the fees for filing fees. Please contact Sheri
Langenberger at 221-6605 for an informational sheet on the vacation
process.

6 Water/Wastewater [2/18/09] There are existing water/sewer lines in the drive adjacent to the
proposed building/tower site. The water line extends east to Centennial. Add
the location of these lines (based on field locates) to the site plan and
maintain 10 feet of separation between the proposed facilities (including the
underground electrical service) and the water/sewer lines (including the water
services extending south of the water main).

8 Stormwater [2/19/09] Drainage currently sheet flows through this area to the northeast.
Drainage should be diverted around this structure. This can be done with
curb & gutter. Please show on the site plan how drainage will be directed
around the structure.
