located where the proposed garage is to be located. This service cannot be
under the building. The applicant needs to have this line field located by
calling the one-call system at 811. If the electric line is where the garage is,
please contact Light & Power Engineering at 221-6700 to coordinate options
and costs.

2 Light & Power [2/28/11] If "habitle space" means there will be a dwelling unit by City
defination, it will be required to have a separate electric meter. If it does not
include a dwelling unit, the customer can have the garage electric service
from the meter on the house as long as this service does not exceed 150
amps, and electric space heating is not used. Please contact Light & Power
Engineering at 221-6700 if any questions.
