6-29-07 - do the property lines actaully go all the way out to the street?
Plesae clarify and label the property lines.
9-13-07. My question has still not been addressed. Do the lot lines go to the
street, the sidewalk etc. Please clarify. You cannot tell from either drawing
where the front lot line is located and in many instances the front property line
does not abut the sidewalk. If I measure out the 190 ft length it is 3' in from
the sidewalk. Please show this on the site plan.

[6/1/07] Stormwater and Engineering has agreed that a site/landscape plan
is sufficient and we will not require a utility plan set. However, to avoid
problems pulling your building permit later, we will want to have 3 paper
copies of the final signed mylars submitted for distribution. Since no utility
plans will be filed, there is no other way for the certain departments to know
that you have submitted any plan set whatsoever so that they can release the
hold on your building permit. Thanks : )

15 General [6/1/07] On May 31, 2007, the applicants submitted a request for
Modifications of Standards set forth in Sections 4.7(E)(3) and 4.7(E)(4) of the
Land Use Code dealing with side and rear lot line setbacks. This request is
being reviewed and evaluated by City staff and a recommendation will be
made to the Administrative Hearing Officer at such time an administrative
hearing date is set.
