tree separation requirement of 10 feet. Is this the only location that these
trees can be located ? if they are moved to be behind the sidewalk and the 10
foot minimum cannnot be met we will need to coordinate with other utilities as
to where these trees can be placed.

32 Grading Plan [9/9/05] How will the swale between the new building and the bank be
graded. Will there be any grading needed to be done on the bank property in
order to construct that swale ? Show the property line on the swale cross
section.
Please make sure that no additional flows will affect neighboring properties by
the proposed grading of the parking lots.

A fire lane is required. The fire lane shall be visible by painting and signage,
and maintained unobstructed. 1997 UFC 901.2.2.1; 901.3; 901.4.2; 902.2.1;

The criteria for a required fire lane contain several conditions that must be
met.
1. The minimum width shall be 20 feet.
2. Inside turning radius shall be 25 feet and outside turning radius shall be
50 feet.
3. Compacted road base shall be used during the construction phase only.
The permanent fire lane shall consist of asphalt or concrete and shall be
required to support 40 tons
4. The fire lane shall be platted as an Emergency Access Easement on
the final plat.

Fire hydrants are required with a maximum spacing of 600 feet along an

57 Erosion Control [11/29/05]
1. In the report, change the verbiage to state that the silt fencing shown on
the plan shall be installed prior to any grading on the site.
2. The silt fencing shown on the plan should be extended further to the west
and shown as rounding the corner and going north for a few feet. Also, why
are you protecting the southern end of the project with silt fencing but not the
swale on the east side (Miramont Office Park)?
3. In the report, at the end of your statement the ponds berms and swale
shall be seeded and mulched immediately after construction add the
phrase but in no case shall any area remain unseeded and mulched for
more than 30 days. This note about reseeding and mulching needs to be
added to the plan. Whats going to happen to the rest of the graded site, turf
grass? If so, please add this to your notes also.
4. Please read the last erosion control note you have on your plan, then
decide whether or not it should be there.
5. The pond outlet pipe should be protected by a sediment trap (gravel
filter), not straw bales.
