If either of these options are necessary, contact Doug Martine at 224-6152. Active 1 Doug Martine 02/10/2005 2 General [2/14/05] Label all utilities as existing or proposed. WHITCOMB CARRIAGE HOUSE PDP, TYPE I AND FINAL PLANS ID Topic Issue Status Round Comment By Initial Date 8 General [2/16/05] The aforementioned site plan should have a note regarding what overhead utilities are to be undergrounded and which are to remain with conduit being provided, with the plan showing the limits of these improvements. This will negate the need for having to do a formal development agreement regarding these requirements. Resolved 1 Marc Virata 02/16/2005 9 General deleted Active 1 Anne Aspen 02/17/2005 10 General [2/17/05] Water and sewer service for the accessory building may be connected to the lines which provide service to the main residence. If it is planned that this buiding will now or in the future be a dwelling unit, the plumbing should be installed so that the two buidings can be metered separately. This would involve splitting the water service near the street such that a separate water meter can be installed on the service line extending to the rear building. Active 1 Roger Buffington 02/17/2005 11 Stormwater [2/18/05] No comments. No floodplain issues if building permit is received before March 25th. Resolved 1 Wes Lamarque 02/18/2005 12 Electric [5/27/05] If the carriage house is to be a dwelling (which by definition contains any cooking facilities), it must have its own electric meter. Label the right of-way widths of these (alley - 20', Whitcomb - 100') and have the right-of-way shown in relation to the existing improvements (the right-of-way on Whitcomb is 20' back from the existing flowline of Whitcomb). 2) Show dimensions to have the existing buildings tied in some way to the property and locate-able. 3) Please move the title block (and associated information below the title block) further down to provide at least a 1 inch margin from the top of page.
