ITEM: HILLCREST PUD Neighborhood Meeting ii North Commt .ry Planning and Environmental —trvices Planning Department City of Fort Collins January 27, 1994 Dear Resident: On Monday, February 7, 1994 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Moore Elementary School, 1905 Orchard Place*, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will conduct a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is known as Hillcrest P.U.D. In 1993, the project was referred to as Impala Village. The property is 9.46 acres in size and is located north of Mulberry Street and east of Impala Circle. The property is directly west of the Tenth Green Subdivision. The site is owned by the Fort Collins Housing Authority. The request is to develop the southerly five acres into 14-15 duplex structures for 28-30 dwelling units. These 14-15 duplexes will be constructed on the site as new construction. There will be no modular units. The northerly 4.5 acres are being reserved for a possible trade to Poudre R-1 for an athletic field. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome.
