HomeMy WebLinkAboutIMPALA VILLAGE PUD PRELIMINARY SECOND NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING - 6 93 - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-NEIGHBORHOOD MEETINGITEM: P g Im ala Hei hts Village PUD �� NUMBER: 6-93 Commu,.4 Planning and Environmental .ervices Planning Department City of Fort Collins March 26, 1993 Dear Resident: On Wednesday, March 31, 1993, from 6:30 - 9:00 p.m., at the Fort Collins Parks Shop*, 413 South Bryan Street, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will hold a public information meeting to discuss Impala Village P.U.D. The Parks Shop is located north of Mulberry Street behind the City Park Fire Station. Impala Village P.U.D. is a project consisting of 56 multi -family units on 8.42 acres. The site is located directly west of the Tenth Green Subdivision. Access to Impala Village is from Impala Drive and Impala Circle. The applicant is the Fort Collins Housing Authority. Impala Village P.U.D. received Preliminary approval from the Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board on March 22, 1993. The meeting on March 31st will be the second neighborhood information meeting for this project. The first neighborhood meeting was held on February 4, 1993. The project must still receive Final approval before construction would be allowed to begin. The purpose of the meeting is the allow the Fort Collins Housing Authority to provide additional information regarding the project and allow the residents to ask questions about all aspects of the project. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
