Meldrum Fort Collins, Co 80521 RE: Impala Village PUD - Preliminary, $6-93 Dear Sirs: On March 22, 1993, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins approved the above referenced project with the following conditions: 1. At the time of Final P.U.D., the office area shall include a 11visitors only" parking area, separate from employees, to accommodate visitors and tenants. 2. At the time of Final P.U.D., the landscape plan shall demonstrate adequate landscape and buffering to shield the project from the impacts of the High School parking lot and tennis courts. 3. At the time of Final P.U.D., the office/maintenance building (or daycare as alternative use) shall be described in sufficient detail by architectural elevations indicating height, scale, bulk, materials, color, and style so that the building contributes to the neighborhood's appearance in a positive way. 4. At the time of Final P.U.D., the number, location, and specification features of the offstreet lighting fixtures shall be provided and reviewed by the Planning Department for impacts on adjacent properties.
