Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 RE: Science Room Additions at Boltz, Blevins and Lesher Junior High Schools Dear Ted, With this letter RB+B provides information requested on the above Junior High School Additions and the impact of those additions on the neighborhood. 1. Drainage: Dick Rutherford is preparing a letter to Storm Drainage on the Boltz site, in support of our letter to you dated January 27, 1993 (copy attached). 2. The attached Site Plan shows the locations of the additions at each school. Each addition will be a logical extension of the existing building, with matching brick and scale blending with the existing building. In our professional opinion there will be no impact on the surrounding neighborhoods, except the positive impact of better meeting needs of local junior high students. 3. The additions provide space for expanded science programs. Sincerely, L William O.
