The improvements planned by Day Spring Christian Church at the Rising Son Minor
Subdivision are limited to the repair of some existing pavement, minor remodeling of the
existing building, and the removal of approximately 3500 sq. ft. of existing asphalt to allow
installation of landscaping as required by the City of Fort Collins. No building additions or
other increases in impervious surface are proposed at this time. Site grading and existing
drainage patterns will also remain unchanged.
