NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that, on Tuesday, March 30, 1993, at 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter
as the matter may come on for hearing in the Planning Department Conference Room*, 281
North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Planning Director will
hold a public hearing for the purpose of considering an I-P Site Plan Review and Minor
Subdivision Plat, known as Platte Valley Lumber, located at 720 East Vine Drive.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The I-P Site Plan Review is a request to allow a manufacturing operation within the existing
building located at 720 East Vine Drive. The Minor Subdivision request is to plat the property
as a one -lot subdivision in order to allow the proposed use, and to record the plat with both the
City of Fort Collins and Larimer County. The size of the parcel is 1.2 acres and is zoned I-P,
Industrial Park.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 1 and the Northeast Quarter of
Section 12, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth P.M., City of Fort Collins, Larimer
County, Colorado.
